BEST FEELING! I have been sick for a whole week so ive been in my baggy pjs and not eating hardly nothing! well tonight i was made to go out with a friend and when i put on my jeans and top.. everything was big on me! I LOST WEIGHT!!! and i lost quite a few kilo’s!! im so excited!!!!
MY GOAL: is to to keep this weight and just keep on slimming down!
Ive never felt this good before, i just hope i dont ruin it and eat alot and gain it all back!

GAHH i hate group assigments, no one has replied to my emails! ive done my part so im fine and i refuse to do their parts to! i wonder if i tell my tutor maybe she will do something about it. ahh its so unfair!
anyway, im off to exerice my butt away!!!!!! then im going shopping to find an outfit to wear saturday night to the clubs, THEN i have work!

Having a healthy snack, low fat breakfast biscuts with sliced bananas! yum!
so what i need to do today.. :
- write about second article (i have an hour to do this, stopping at 12pm!)
- do my HITT workout + something else (be done by 1pm)
- have a shower and get ready to go to work!
Today has been quite a good day, besides that toblerone crosiont.. but COME ON it was toblerone, couldnt resist hehe but when i got home i did cardio for the first time in sooo long and it killed me but it was goood :) and im going to a long and lean routine now to stretch out, ive never done it before so ill see how that goes :)
Im excited, finally being good to my body! it feels good.
Its also a great time to focus on me since the last few months has been about boy problems and friendship problems but ive taken that out of my life now.
its back to me now :)
What i need to do tonight:
- study for my uni exam tomorrow
- have a shower
although these distractions (facebook & tumblr) are making it hard
i need to FOCUS!
Going to be a boring night doing uni assesments, SO PLEASE write anything in my ask, can be ANYTHING i want to help you :) and i really want to distract myself from these assesments hehe so yes, i would love to talk to you guys <3
i need some advice/help.. im going to max brenner in 2 hours with some girls i havnt seen in over a month.. and i dont no what to eat.. ive been doing so good with my eating/exercise that i dont want to ruin it today… helppppp! :((((
